Our Inspection Department is operated by highly skilled and accredited Inspectors. The use of a calibrated Coordinate Measuring Machine allows us to pre-inspect incoming parts and final inspect completed parts.
These inspections are performed in accordance with Overhaul Manual Specifications, blueprint dimensions, and approved data.
Part of our inspection process includes Non Destructive Testing by
Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection IAW ASTM E 1417 and Magnetic Particle Inspection IAW ASTM E 1444.
All procedures are described in detail in our Quality Program Manual.
